Grave Tempest Laces Up for a Charity Hockey Showdown
The doom band will face a team of former minor-leaguers in a benefit game this December, with a short set during the second intermission.
Grave Tempest will trade guitars for sticks this December in a charity game against a team of former minor-league players. Proceeds will go to a youth hockey equipment program in New Hampshire.
The band will also play a short acoustic set during the second intermission, which drummer Colin Maher described as "the first time we have ever been asked to play quietly."
Details
Tickets go on sale in October. Game-worn jerseys from both teams will be auctioned online after the event.
